Install the Metamask App on mobile, or

Install Metamask Extension
Search the chrome or firefox extension store

Configure Metamask for ETH Sepolia Testnet

Click on the mid top of the app where it mentions your default network
i.e. Ethereum Mainnet.
toogle show/hide test networks
select Sepolia

Alternatively, you can config the sepolia testnet automatically from chainlist.org
